Order Cancellation Policy

All pre-orders and in-stock orders are eligible for cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order, for a full refund. - Provided the order has not already been shipped.

To request a cancellation, please email Airaful.customerservice@outlook.com with your order number and “Cancel Order” in the subject line.

After 24 hours, orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
